Mobile banking puts the ease and accessibility of online banking in the palm of your hand. Brand Online Banking customers just need to download our free app and log in using the same username and password you use for Brand Online Banking. You’ll immediately be able to:

  • Access your Brand accounts
  • Check balances
  • View transactions
  • Transfer funds
  • Make Mobile Deposits
  • Pay bills*
  • Find the nearest ATM or BrandExpress location
Mobile BankingMobile Banking

Mobile banking is available to all BrandBank online banking enrollees at no additional charge. Use of mobile banking requires your mobile service provider’s data and/or text plan, for which charges may apply. Availability may be affected by your mobile device’s coverage area. The BrandBank app is available for iPhone™ and Android™.

Mobile Deposit**

Easily and securely deposit checks anytime, from anywhere with Mobile Deposit. To make a check deposit, open the BrandBank app on your mobile device and:

1. Select “Deposit Checks.”

2. Select the account into which the check is to be deposited.

3. Enter the check amount.

4. Select “Front of Check” to activate your camera and follow the instructions to take a photo of the front and of the check. Follow the prompts to take a photo of the back of the check.

5. Return to the “Check Deposit” menu to see check images.

6. Click “Deposit Checks” to deposit the check into the selected account.

7. You will receive a “Success” screen where you may choose to receive an e-mail confirmation number and deposit overview.

**Must be in enrolled in Online and Mobile Banking. Funds will be available as described in our Mobile Deposit Agreement and our Funds Availability Disclosure. Checks can be deposited for any amount up to $2,500. Data transfer fees may apply from your mobile carrier.

Mobile Web

There's nothing to set up or download - simply access thebrandbank.com through your phone's web browser. You'll be automatically directed to the mobile version of our site, with all the same account management features you expect and are familar with.

Text Banking

Text Banking requires a one-time sign up through online banking to activate and verify your mobile phone number. Once signed up, you can:

  • Check balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds
  • Receive activity alerts
