What is BrandExpress?
BrandExpress is a Virtual Teller Machine that looks like an ATM, but it is so much more. With BrandExpress, you can have a real time, face-to-face conversation with a BrandBank Sales & Service Specialist. Video technology at BrandExpress and in our Sales & Service Center allows you to have a "face-to-face" interaction. You choose the level of privacy you are comfortable with by either speaking normally using the built-in sound system, using the handset, your own earbuds or headset, the chat feature on the screen, or the built-in scanner. You don't even need your ATM or debit card to use BrandExpress; just tap the screen to begin a conversation. The Specialist will do all the work.
How is BrandExpress different from an ATM?
With BrandExpress you are interacting face-to-face with a live person in Lawrenceville, GA. You can conduct far more transactions than with an ATM. The Brand Sales & Service Specialist can guide you through every step of every transaction and answer questions about any of your accounts.
How can I use BrandExpress?
Just about every transaction you can do online or inside our branches can be done at BrandExpress. You can open an account; make deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments; cash checks, and more.
Is there a fee to use BrandExpress?
No. There are no added or hidden fees. Non-customers can open an account or cash a check that is written on BrandBank at no charge.
Is my conversation with the BrandBank Sales & Service Specialist private?
Your conversation is just as private as if you were talking to a teller in one of our branches, or through a speaker at our traditional drive-thru. If you desire more privacy, you can use the available phone handset, ear buds or headset, the chat feature on the screen, or a built-in scanner to provide instructions.

Is there a delay when I use BrandExpress?
No, your account will be updated in real time just as it would inside a BrandBank branch or if you used a BrandBank drive-thru. What happens when I cash a check or make a deposit using BrandExpress?
Depositing cash or cashing a check using BrandExpress is easy and convenient. There are no envelopes or deposit slips or debit cards required; just tap on the screen and allow the Specialist to guide you through a quick process. You will insert checks or cash directly into the deposit slot. The machine reads and counts each item and displays the deposit amount on screen for your verification. An image of each check is printed on your receipt.
When depositing or cashing a check, an image of your check will appear on screen. You tell the Sales & Service Specialist what you would like to do next. You can split the deposit to multiple accounts, receive cash back, etc. The transaction is displayed on screen for you. At the end of your transaction, a reduced image of your check is printed on your receipt for proof of the amount deposited.
