The Brand Banking Company will upgrade our Internet Banking and Bill Pay services on March 4, 2008.  Our website will remain the same and you will have the ability to login directly from our homepage.

We will offer a more user friendly product and additional functionality. For example, only one login is needed to access both Internet Banking and Bill Pay.

For Current Users: (Login directions below)

  • Account Access:   Beginning March 4, 2008, you will access Brand Internet Banking using your 9 digit Tax Identification Number (Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number) and new password.  On your first login, you will be required to change your Customer Number/Login ID and password.
  • Account History:   You will have access to account history from the time you enrolled in Internet Banking (new users) or since November 2007 (existing users)  The new system will accommodate up to 12 months of history as we move forward.
  • Account Transfers:   Recurring/Scheduled transfers will not be converted.  Simply log into the new system and add them as needed.
  • Bill Pay: Payees/vendors and recurring payments that are currently set up within your CheckFree program will be converted.  Bill payment history and e-bills will not be converted.  However, you can see the history of bill payments on your previous bank statements.  Please review recurring payments and payee/vendor information.

Step 1

Access www.thebrandbank.com.

Step 2

Enter Login ID and Password in login section at the top of the homepage.

  • Customer Number/Login ID will be your 9 digit Tax Identification Number (Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number).
  • Password has been reset to the last 4 digits of your Tax Identification Number (Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number).

Remember: Login information has changed.

Step 3

Click Enter.
Result:  Change Customer Number screen appears.

Step 4

Change your Customer Number/Login ID.
Hint: Customer Number/Login ID must contain at least 1 alpha and 1 numeric character.  It can be the same as the previous Login ID, as long as it meets the above criteria.

Step 5

Click Accept.
Result:   Change password screen appears.

Step 6

Change your password.

Step 7

Click Change Password.
Result: Enhanced Security Protection screen appears.  Click here to continue.

Step 8

Sign up for Enhanced Login Security.
Note: This step will register your computer and eliminate the need to answer challenge questions each time you login.  You may register multiple computers, if necessary (work, home, etc.).

Step 9

Click Yes.

Step 10

Click Continue.

Step 11

Mark the checkbox to add extra security to this computer.

Click Submit.

Step 13

Click OK to add computer configuration.
Result: Account Access screen appears.
