As we partner with local organizations within each county, we will be near the heart beat of the greatest needs and ripe to stimulate small business and other commercial business along with mortgage lending services. Our goal is to continue to grow multiple generations of BrandBank customers within the communities we serve. This will be achieved through excellent customer service, local community outreach with a prime focus on family economic literacy. Long term sustainability of family and business assets will be realized as we empower consumers by providing financial literacy tools that assist in making responsible financial decisions.

- 2013 Atlanta Mission 5K - Jan 26, 2013
This event was sponsored by Brand Mortgage. First Giving, the organization who serves as a fundraising arm for nonprofits helped plan the Atlanta Mission 5K race. Here is the link to First Giving, along with the link to the Atlanta Mission.
This weekend’s 5K race was to build awareness of the growing issue of homelessness in the Metro Atlanta area. This event was also an opportunity to raise money for much needed food and resources to feed the people in need. The Atlanta Mission serves over 2,050 meals daily, and provides vital services to over 905 individuals a day. It takes a village to raise a child, and a nation of committed, caring believers in the hope of the human spirit to annihilate homelessness. The Brand family is proud to be a supporter and sponsor of The Atlanta Mission.

- The Center for Family Resources
A part of Brand’s eight county footprint is Cobb County. We are proud to be a supporter of Executive Director, Jeri Barr’s non-profit organization (501c3), and The Center for Family Resources in Marietta. Jeri and her staff do a phenomenal job of ending the cycle of generational poverty and homelessness through her supportive housing services for single parents and their children. Brand is proud to facilitate Life Skills classes once a year for the residents of the supportive housing program. Our goal is to provide residents with the knowledge and tools needed to establish a solid financial foundation for themselves and their families that will lead to a lifetime of financial stability and sustainability. Brand Mortgage donated 25 licenses for the Everfi online financial education platform to be used by the parents in their pursuit of financial education. The adults will have unlimited access to this online tool, so financial education can become a daily exercise for them at home.

- Rainbow Village
Brand is happy to have partnered with Rainbow Village to bring the message of family financial sustainability to the residents of Rainbow Village. Everfi donated the entire suite of financial education products to Rainbow Village, so that the entire family will have access to these tools, and it becomes a “family affair”. This is a pilot program among our nonprofit partners here in Georgia. We believe that exposing the entire family to basic financial principles concurrently will have a lasting impact on the families thought patterns and attitudes about money and family priorities. We are changing behaviors by changing minds through exposure to financial education and critical thinking skills. We will be tracking the results of this all important behavior changing pilot program, and look forward to reporting on our progress.

- Gwinnett County Public Schools - Throughout 2013
In our quest to be the leader among our community bank partners in the areas of corporate social responsibility and community development, Brand has gifted a 10 module online financial educational platform to 20 Gwinnett County public high schools. Our commitment to providing our communities with the tools needed to empower them to make responsible financial decisions led us to take our commitment one step further, by providing all adult parents, teachers, administrators, and Gwinnett County employees with access to the adult financial education platform as well. We are building communities through “Real Life Financial Education”. Look for us at a Gwinnett County high school near YOU!
